We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Contractors

When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details are shared with one or more local contractors who may be able to fulfill your request. These contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of FLG HomeServices. By submitting a quote request, you consent to this sharing.

With Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Site and services, including cloud storage and database services (Supabase), website hosting, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services on our behalf.

With Analytics and Advertising Partners

We may share anonymized or aggregated data with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to understand Site usage. If we enable advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel), cookie-based identifiers may be shared with those platforms in accordance with their privacy policies. You can opt out of these uses through your browser settings or the opt-out tools provided by those platforms.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FLG HomeServices, our users, or the public.

• Quote request submissions: retained for up to 24 months to support contractor follow-up and dispute resolution
• Contractor profile data: retained for the duration of the listing plus 12 months after removal
• Analytics and usage data: retained per the default settings of the applicable analytics provider (typically 14 months for Google Analytics)
• Communications: retained for up to 36 months for record-keeping purposes

You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 8).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
