4.1 FLG HomeServices Is a Marketplace, Not a Contractor

FLG HomeServices operates as an online marketplace and lead generation platform that connects homeowners and property owners (“Homeowners”) with independent local service providers (“Contractors”). FLG HomeServices is not a licensed contractor, does not perform home services, and is not a party to any agreement between a Homeowner and a Contractor.

4.2 How Your Information Is Shared

When you submit a quote request or contact form on the Site, you authorize FLG HomeServices to share your submitted information — including your name, phone number, email address, service address, and project details — with one or more Contractors who may be able to fulfill your request. By submitting a form, you expressly consent to this sharing.

You may receive contact from one or more Contractors following your submission. FLG HomeServices does not control the timing, frequency, or method of Contractor outreach beyond the initial lead delivery.

4.3 Contractors Are Independent Businesses

All Contractors listed on or matched through FLG HomeServices are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FLG HomeServices. FLG HomeServices does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by any Contractor.

FLG HomeServices does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, legality, or safety of any services performed by a Contractor. Any disputes regarding work performed, pricing, or conduct must be resolved directly between the Homeowner and the Contractor.

4.4 No Guarantee of Match or Response

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that a Contractor will contact you, provide a quote, or be available to perform the requested work. Contractor availability varies based on location, service category, season, and workload.

4.5 Contractor Listings and Accuracy

FLG HomeServices makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Contractor listings. However, we do not independently verify all information provided by Contractors, including licensing status, insurance coverage, or certifications. Homeowners are encouraged to independently verify a Contractor's credentials before hiring.

Contractor profiles marked as “vetted for Northern Arizona” reflect our internal review process and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of the Contractor's work or qualifications.

4.6 Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLG HomeServices shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from:

• Services performed or not performed by a Contractor
• Inaccurate information provided by a Contractor
• Any agreement or transaction entered into between a Homeowner and a Contractor
• Contractor conduct before, during, or after a job

Your sole recourse for dissatisfaction with a Contractor's services is with the Contractor directly.
